Designed to deliver increased ground clearance and wheel travel, the Rancho 3.5-in. to 4.5-in. crawler short arm lift kit delivers the ultimate on- and off-road experience for your Jeep Wrangler JL. The kit includes corner-specific progressive rate coil springs and fully adjustable control arms with Rancho’s innovative D2 bushings to give you improved comfort, durability, and worry-free operation. Tested to comply with NHTSA FMVSS126, the kit works with the vehicle’s electronic stability system.

Aftermarket driveshaft is required for this kit to achieve maximum front axle articulation.
The Rancho brand offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty** for these Suspension Systems.

Features

COMPATIBILITY -- Designed for Jeep Wrangler JL Unlimited (excludes diesel; non-Rubicon models will net taller lift height versus Rubicon)

BUILT FOR THE TRAIL -- Designed to fit up to 37-in. tires, get 4.5-in. of additional ground clearance and increased wheel travel for rock crawling, trail riding or on-road driving

COMPLETE SOLUTION -- Kit includes front and rear corner-specific progressive rate coil springs, upper and lower control arms, heavy-duty front and rear adjustable track bars, extended sway bar end links, bump stop spacers and mounting hardware

MAINTENANCE-FREE BUSHINGS -- Adjustable control arms and track bars feature Rancho’s D2 high-articulation, grease-free bushings that allow the sleeve to rotate in the bushing without resistance to reduce wear

ORDERING INFO -- Ships in three boxes; order RS66125B-1, RS66125B-2 and RS66125B-3 for a complete kit

SUPERIOR PERFORMANCE -- Front and rear corner-specific progressive rate coil springs, specifically tuned to provide superior on-road comfort and off-road performance and complies with NHTSA FMVSS126 standards

ENGINEERED TO LAST -- Brackets fabricated from high-strength, low-alloy steel for long life and bolt-on design for easy installation

REQUIREMENTS -- If using Rancho RS55067 or RS999067 shocks with Dynamic Rebound Spring, aftermarket driveshaft is required for maximum front axle articulation; front RS55065 or RS999065 do not require an aftermarket driveshaft; sold separately

NOTES -- Tire size varies between manufacturers; aftermarket bumpers, sliders, winches, etc. affect height
