Features & Product Details
What’s so different about this Delete System compared to the initial Jeep 1990-2017 version?
MORE CLEARANCE- RCV COMPATIBLE
-lower cup is machined with a recessed flat that increases clearance with the axle shafts/RCV by a whopping .205”
-double ended upper stud to account for variances between knuckle & inner C castings. Balljoints achieve this “float” with telescoping shanks, making them a weaker design.
TORQUE SPEC STEERING
-allows customer to dial in steering firmness by adjusting torque values on top nylock of upper/lower assemblies.
EASIER ASSEMBLY
-dual double ended studs: the hardware is installed into the outer knuckle with the lower nylocks fully seated into the tapers and then slid onto the inner C from below.
-hex pockets in each stud for easier torquing of lower nylock nuts
Easier to install
Increased clearance between axle shafts and lower nut
Adjustable steering feel via torque settings
Double-ended to stud to account for variances between axles
