The Rimrocker Series Jeep JL Wrangler Rear Bumper design was inspired by Next Venture Motorsports' move to the Colorado/Utah border, with adventure calling more than ever. The name "Rimrocker" comes from the Rimrocker Trail -- an Interstate overland trail that connects the rock crawling of Moab, Utah to Montrose, Colorado. They've built the Rimrocker series to meet the challenges of the hardcore crawling on the trail, and any obstacles you may meet along the way.

Slim Fitting, Full Width, High Clearance, Wrap-Around JL Rear Bumper crafted from a combination of 3/16", 1/4", 3/8", and 1" thick steel. This JL rear bumper is both lightweight and stout-where-it-counts so that you can hit the hardcore trails with confidence!

The machined 1" thick recovery tabs extend inside the bumper; they are welded directly to the mounting brackets that attach them to the frame of the Jeep. Additional reinforcements can be found gusseting the inside of this bumper from the wingtip to the frame mounts.

Eight mounting points on the sides and bottom of the frame rails, which prevents unwanted rotation of the bumper into the body tub if you take a real hit on the trail

The bumper can accommodate up to a 38" tailgate-mounted spare tire without raising the spare tire mount. The spare tire recess also doubles as a step at the rear of the Jeep -- with dimple died holes to give your boots some grip!

We highly recommend relocating the license plate from the bumper -- if you're out there on the trail, it's bound to be pulled off by rocks. For this modification check out the License Plate Relocation Brackets.

FAQ

What shackles are compatible and can I use soft soft shackles directly in the recovery point of the bumper?

Every bumper includes laser-cut, 1" thick steel recovery points that bolt directly into the frame and features a .900" smooth chamfered cut eyelet that is compatible with soft shackles and regular 7/8" shackles.

Products are designed and fabricated to fit vehicles that have varying tolerances from the factory, minor hand fitting may be required.

Products are shipped bare metal unless otherwise specified by the customer. Bare metal products may have scratches or surface imperfections as a result of raw material handling, manufacturing, and fabrication. However, these imperfections are easily covered up with a textured powder coat finish. Additional finishing, sanding, and prep work may be required if you wish to also have them finished with a smooth powder coat or paint.
