Steer Smarts HD-N Steering Stabilizer
JT/JL
Features & Product Details
The Steer Smarts HD-N Neutral stabilizer is a cost-effective steering stabilizer that has been optimized to work in conjunction with our Griffin XD Attenuator. The Neutral action on this stabilizer works as a true damper, absorbing the resonance frequencies and jolts rather than exerting a force against the tie rod. While optimized for our Griffin XD, this damper is an effective upgrade from the stock stabilizer for all setups.
***Note*** If you have a 2021 mid-year or newer model Wrangler or Gladiator, with the long square necked mounting bolt, you will need to use the older short square neck mounting bolt, Mopar part number MPR6510774AA.
***Note*** DOES NOT WORK IN STOCK LOCATION - MUST USE STABILIZER RELOCATION BRACKET AND APPROPRIATE DAMPER BRACKET FOR THE OD OF YOUR TIE ROD - (COMPATIBLE WITH PART NUMBERS: 79029001 AND 41035001)***Sticker to be applied by you to ensure proper orientation that works best for your specific application***

It's stiffer then stock. Definitely helped with the bump steer and wobble. Longer then the stock stablizer so check the fit before you unpacking everything. Make sure it clears the diff. cover and track bar. If I had to do it all over again...I'd definitely still buy this one. It's neutral position. Not like the FOX and some others that are shocks. This has no preload. Just resistance when you extend or compress it
