The world's premier traction aid, an ARB Air Locker keeps you moving in all conditions. With the flick of the switch an Air Locker gives instant lock at any moment, and its super strong design allows activation at any speed, allowing you to tackle the toughest terrain. The advantage of the Air Locker lies in the pneumatically operated locking system inside the differential. When activated, the Air Locker prevents the internal differential gears from rotating and therefore prevents the axle shafts from turning independently of each other. With both wheels tied directly to the rotation of the ring gear, the vehicle maintains maximum possible traction at all times. When unlocked, it operates like a conventional open differential. An Air Locker equipped vehicle can be driven in a slower, safer and more controlled manner, greatly reducing the likelihood of vehicle damage and environmental impact.

A must have upgrade when re-gearing and adding lockers. I’m running this on my front diff of the JT that was open diff. I’m impressed so far and have put this to work on the trails and rock climbing and haven’t had any issues.

Great way to add a locker... I also added the RCV axles. ARB is reliable and most 4x4 shops already know how to install them. Great locker and great open diff when you want to be on the highway!

Hi, this ARB Rear Air Locker M220 32 Spline, is suitable for Sahara 4xe Unlimited 2021 ? its same for FRONT ? , I need Rear and Front Bumper too, Thanks a lot!

  A: If you have the M220 rear axle, this will work for you, only in the rear. The easiest way to tell the difference: Advantek M220 (D44) rear axle has drain plug on side Advantek M200 (D35) rear axle has drain plug on bottom All Sport JLs with manual transmission or LSD option get the M220 rear axle. Not all automatic trans Sport JLs get the M220 (D44) rear.
