The Flowmaster® American Thunder® Axle-back exhaust system for the Jeep Wrangler JL is perfect for the person looking for maximum performance and ground clearance. The 2.50-inch tailpipe features a mandrel bent 409 stainless steel tailpipe finished off with a 3.00-inch polished 304 stainless steel tip and fits both 2 and 4 door models with the 2.0L Turbo or the 3.6L engine. This system replaces the factory transverse muffler reducing weight, improves ground clearance, and provides a moderate sound level that is not offensive or will be considered loud by most people. Because this system tucks the tailpipe up high, an aftermarket metal bumper is generally recommended. Designed for a perfect fit, this system includes all necessary parts and hardware for easy and quick installation you can do at home in about 15 minutes.

Love the sound, love the clearance. I did need a tube expander to get it on though. Maybe Flowmaster should open it up a hair from the factory in order for ease of installment. I would buy again.

The sound is deep and nice but I bought it for the clearance. Now I don't have to worry about the huge sideways mounted before being damaged.
