    A:  The factory front camera will look over the bar, It does slightly block the camera view.

  What is the distance between the holes for the light mount? I just ordered and am searching for a light bar to fit it.

    A:  It is roughly 10". RockHard 4x4 recommends the KC Hilites C-series 10" bar, https://www.northridge4x4.com/part/light-bars/334-kc-hilites-c-series-led-light-bar-10in. You could also do cube/pod lights like the Rigid D-series or Baja Designs Squadron's or even LP4's.
