Features & Product Details
These new high-output LED Headlight bulbs create a 4,000+ Lm blanket of light for the driver to increase safety and nighttime visibility. Philips Luxeon ZES chips allow for the increased Lumen output while still drawing less than half the power of the factory headlight bulb. These smaller chips also have excellent heat dissipation characteristics, making them extremely reliable even in harsh environments.
The new internal driver components were designed by Samsung and offer excellent performance in a smaller package. The new adjustable heat sink makes fitment issues a thing of the past since it is removable to reverse install or mount outside the headlight back-cap for added adaptability. More illumination, increased reliability, and easier installation… all for LESS than before!

Much improved output over stock halogens. Not too happy about just shoving the controller down inside the headlight body but there is plenty of room, just no good way to secure them. Will check them in a month or so to see if they have rattled around and messed up the back of the reflectors. The instructions included are a bit vague but you can figure it out. You NEED to completely remove the set screw to be able to rotate the bulb itself. You are limited in rotation to the indexed holes in the plastic body but it worked out fine on my 2021 Sport S. It is possible to get them 180 degrees off and then your high beams and low beams are essentially backwards until you get the bulb portion rotated correctly. You HAVE to readjust your headlight aiming when you are done installing. They will likely be so far off that it is just silly. Take the 5 minutes and get them right. Super simple with a Philips screw driver, tape measure, masking tape and a wall/garage door.
The lights came as a pair, unfortunately only one worked properly. Instructions are not vehicle specific. I found 2 videos by oracle for the JL. One video states the LEDs face up and down, the other video states the LEDs face left and right when installed. I believe left and right is correct judging by the light pattern created. The bulb can be indexed for close to proper alignment, not perfect left/right orientation. Light cutoff, spread, and distance seem good despite only half the LEDs working on one of the bulbs. Install wasn't too bad. I pulled off the grill and removed the light housings. Oracle recommends removing two plastic tabs from the bulb, removing the heatsink and flipping it and reinstalling in the opposite orientation. This creates a more compact unit. Wasn't really thrilled about doing this. So to sum it up. Over priced based on the results, questionable quality and finicky set up. Wouldn't buy again. Now I get to see how good Oracles customer service is.
