The Synergy 2018+ Jeep JL / JLU / JT Heavy Duty Steering Kit is a complete, bolt-on replacement for the factory steering system, delivering smoother, smarter steering - on and off road. Designed to deliver an immediate improvement in steering precision, stiffness, and overall durability, this system eliminates the weak points of the OEM components — no more bent tie rods, constant re-centering of your steering wheel, or death wobble.

Built from high-strength materials and featuring our forged Synergy tie rod ends, this kit provides the confidence you need to take on the toughest trails or daily driving with ease. It’s simply the most complete and capable steering upgrade available.

Features:

Drag link is engineered and precision bent from 1.50" x .250 wall USA made DOM tubing

Tie rod is engineered and precision bent from 1.50" x .188 wall heat treated 4130 chromoly

Two stage abrasion resistant powder coat finish for maximum durability and corrosion resistance

Synergy metal on metal, fully greaseable tie rod ends include a 4140-steel shank, a 1018 steel bearing housing, and capped with a heavy-duty nitrile-butadiene rubber boot and retaining spring

Synergy Double Adjuster Sleeve and Pinch Bolt Assembly for easy alignment

100% bolt on components assures an easy, trouble-free installation with the use of basic hand tools

Pro tip: Pair this kit with the Synergy Front Adjustable Track Bar for the most simple and reliable front-end refresh!

No additional requirements for installation in the stock location

Relocation of the drag link to the top of the knuckle for high steer requires 3 inch bump stop spacers, front track bar relocation bracket, and wheels with proper backspacing; We do not recommend flipping the drag link for lifts less than 3"

Compatible with right hand drive (RHD) applications

If reusing the stock steering stabilizer or a steering stabilizer that uses 1/2-inch mounting bolts, Synergy MFG 8807-03 Steering Stabilizer Relocation Kit is required.
