Equipped with an internal floating piston, this steering stabilizer will absorb the sudden jolts that are commonly experienced in rugged driving conditions, so you can remain in control no matter how rough the environment becomes. FOX designed this stabilizer with a Through Shaft (TS) feature that provides equal steering pressure in both directions, eliminating the need to install two opposing stabilizers that requires an extra mounting point. The through shaft also helps to keep your vehicle balanced when tackling uneven terrain at a high rate of speed. Moreover, the application-specific valving come with an adjustable feature to help enhance your Jeep's performance for a variety of applications.

Specifically, its body is made out of highly durable aluminum with both a clear anodized and corrosion-resistant finish for fast heat dissipation during harsh driving conditions. It also includes a heavy-duty shaft that is built using 0.62" hard chrome-plated, and heat-treated steel for remarkable durability. Additionally, the stabilizer's bushings are manufactured from high-quality nitrile rubber for enhanced strength and quiet shock dampening. Installation is simple and straightforward as the stabilizer comes with a bolt-on features and installs using the factory mounting points and included hardware. So far I have tried the AEV/Billstein steering stabilizer which was good and solid at dampening but caused a bit of a push to the drivers side once installed because it is not a "neutral" stabilizer meaning it is pressurized like a shock absorber so it is constantly pushing from center toward the driver's side. After that I tried the Fox TS, which is good but not a firm as the AEV. So next up I am trying the RK 8" IFP which is also a neutral but of course it doesn't mount in the stock location so I have to figure out using an RK mount (hide-a-lizer) bracket and someone else billet mount for the stock 1 5/8" tide rod. Fun times with Jeeps

JT on 37"s. Mopar lift with adjustable track bars. Ordered the TS about 10 months ago due to a damaged stock stabilizer. The stock unit was visibly dented, but still worked so did not get around to installing this unit until about a month ago. Did not get DW until AFTER installation. Feeling a light shimmy going over expansion joints at highway speeds + DW if hitting the right kind of bumps at 35 - 45 mph. Jeep is still under warranty. Dealer is mod-friendly. They found nothing loose in the front end, including ball joints. They recommended the adjustable Fox set to tighter setting to deal with the heavy 37's. Did not give a bad rating as I'm not sure if anything is wrong with the Jeep, if there is anything wrong with this unit or if the TS is just not stiff enough. Just FYI for anyone on the fence between the TS and ATS.

Get product, packaging, and instructions(mostly). Only issue was I had to reuse a nut & bolt from the stock stab. The instructions were completely off when it came to the attachment closest to the tire. Glad I had a buddy helping me so we got it figured out.

Will the pass through fox shock work with the jl synergy relocation kit?
- 4 of 4 people found the following answer helpful
  A: No, this is a factory replacement stabilizer. It bolts to the axle in the same way the factory does and then to the passenger side end of the tie rod. You would want the JK version TS with the correct size clamp for your tie rod if you don't have the factory tie rod. You also wouldn't need the Synergy relocation kit.
