buy a tazer instead 2 months ago

think the title should be plenty but to be fair this product sucks. when it works it's kind a cool but the tazer can do far more and better. You need to have it plugged in all the time and 80% of the time it drops connection and it will take you many, I mean many tries to reconnect only to give up in the end. I have given this two tries with same, yet varying results, both just as disappointing. I think the worst part you can't return it and get a full refund for crappy products.
